Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

You have 14–30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Products must be in resalable condition with seals intact.

Opened or used supplements cannot be returned or exchanged.

This is due to health, hygiene, and safety reasons.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Item

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or a full

refund, and Gio Tricholgy will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

We do not offer direct exchanges.

Customers should place a new order and return the original item.
